UKRAINIAN BAROQUE (ART OF THE XVII–XVIIITH CENTURIES)

The third volume of the electronic edition of the popular scientific research Golden Pages of the Ukrainian Culture carried out within the scientific theme Self-organization and the dynamics of culture and their peculiarities in Ukraine is devoted to the art of the XVII–XVIIIth centuries. It is the time when the phenomenon of the so-called Ukrainian Baroque formed; the specific features of which were greatly influenced by the national folklore.

The edition is devoted to the development of architecture and fine art, the most significant monuments of wooden and stone building, paintings, graphics and sculptures, including the works of the most famous masters, provides the best samples of choral singing of that time.

For a wide range of admirers of the national culture.

The idea, concept, development and coordination of the project was carried out by the authors’ group of:
