The monograph (232 p.) is the result of the fundamental scientific research of the Institute for Cultural Research of the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine on the topic New socio-cultural reality in Ukraine: methodology and scientific practice of its research.

The work considers the phenomenon of artistic creativity – one of the priority problems of the discourse of non-classical aesthetics that predetermined active theoretical searches (A. Schopenhauer, J.-M. Guyou, C. G. Jung, S. Freud, E. Panofsky and others) in the second half of the XIX – XX centuries.

The author uses the potential of inter-academic dialogue, which actualizes the introduction to the aesthetics, ethics, cultural studies, art studies, and psychology, enriching the ability to comprehend the problem of artistic creativity in the 21st century.

The work reconstructs the parity approach being one of the cornerstones of non-classical aesthetics. Theoretical and methodological explorations are specified for comprehending the works of famous world artists – E. T. A. Hoffman, C. Zweig, C. Mann, L. Visconti, G. Miller, M. Pavich and others.

It is meant for specialists in the field of aesthetics, theory and history of culture, art studies, teachers and students of the humanities.
