The collection of scientific works (160 p.) is the result of the fundamental scientific research of the Institute for Cultural Research of the NAA of Ukraine on the topic Self-organization and dynamics of culture and their peculiarities in Ukraine.

The work provides materials of scientific research devoted to the study of mechanisms and factors of the dynamics of the cultural development history, the actualization of the contemporary cultural policy modernization processes. It also represents data on the implementation of historical and cultural experience in its promising possibilities, the adoption of the nonlinear nature of the dependencies between the existent and target state of culture, the growth of the influence of screen culture on human thinking, strategies and technologies of life creation of modern human.
