The monograph (184 p.) is the result of the fundamental scientific research of the Institute for Cultural Research of the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine on the topic New socio-cultural reality in Ukraine: methodology and scientific practice of its research.

The work is dedicated to the exploration of modern socio-cultural processes in Ukraine in the new realities of the XXI century. The author developed a new methodology of cultural research by implementing the world-wide experience in managing the communication process of the socio-cultural system “government – public” and actualizing centuries-old domestic rhetoric-homiletic traditions. The monograph illustrates national specificity and the state of development of communication processes in the culture of Ukraine on the example of the analysis of contemporary cultural policy.

The publication is intended for scientists of the humanities, teachers of higher educational institutions, specialists in the field of culture and art, and a wide cultural community.
