The collective monograph (400 p.) is the result of the fundamental scientific research of the Institute for Cultural Research of the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine on the topic Ukrainian culture and the world: organizational problems of artistic culture.

The work provides an analysis of the organizational problems of artistic culture that are related to the poorly-studied aspects of the present state of artistic education on the basis of the generalization of domestic and world experience and trends in the implementation of the Bologna agreements in accordance with world standards. The organization of introduction of the credit-modular system of managers’ training in higher educational institutions in accordance with the European standard of higher education has been analyzed. The Bachelor and Master’s programmes in artistic management have been developed and provided as examples.
