On October 12, 2021 the Institute of Cultural Research of the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine held Cultural readings to commemorate the academician Yurii Bohutskyi – Ukrainian politician, prominent statesman and public figure, who was n charge of reform and development of culture and art, founder and longtime director of the Institute for Cultural Research of the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine (2007–2019), founder and Editor-in-Chief of the collection of scientific works The Culturology Ideas (2008–2019).

Participants of the scientific event – scientists and staff of the Institute for Cultural Research of the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine, researchers of scientific institutions and higher educational institutions of Ukraine – analyzed the scientific and creative work of the academician Yurii Bohutskyi.

The discussion platform, used for scientific research, revealed a fruitful foundation for further creative work of young and experienced professionals.

Based on the results of the work in 2021, a collection of materials “Cultural readings commemorating academician Yurii Bohutskyi” will be published.
