Collection of scientific works (160 p.) is the result of the fundamental scientific research of the Institute for Cultural Research of the NAA of Ukraine on the topic Ukrainian culture and the world. Organizational problems of artistic culture.

The authors consider tangible problems of history, theory and practice of preserving cultural heritage of Ukraine, attribution of monuments. They analyzed preconditions of the emergence of modern cultural management.
