The monograph (272 p.) is the result of the fundamental scientific research of the Institute for Cultural Research of the NAA of Ukraine on the topic The new socio-cultural reality in Ukraine: methodology and scientific practice of its research.
The work is devoted to the extremely relevant issue of studying modern cultural reality, in which the culture of differentiation with its strategy of multiculturalism and the transcultural features to be identified has replaced the culture of identity. The correlation between cultural reality and the social role theory, their methodological achievements is the subject field on which the authors’ reflection has focused.
