You are a famous scientist, teacher, public figure, and a wonderful and empathetic person. Your contribution to the development of Ukrainian humanitarian thought is invaluable. Your work spans decades of fruitful combination of science, art, and public administration. Whatever government positions you held and whatever institutions you headed, you left a mark of professionalism, deep erudition, and strategic thinking everywhere.

Thanks to your producer’s talent, the following feature films were released that gained international recognition: “Secondary People”, “Chekhov’s Motives” (directed by Kira Muratova), “Mamai” (directed by Oles Sanin). These and other films, created with your assistance, became cultural markers of Ukrainian cinema, revealing to the world the depths of our national soul.

As the director of the Institute for Cultural Research, you have created a space for scientific research, interdisciplinary dialogue, and the formation of new generations of cultural researchers. You are not just the director of a scientific institution, you are its heart, its ideological foundation, its inspiration. Your name is synonymous with intellectual dignity, cultural diplomacy, and true love for Ukraine. You are a person who doesn’t just study culture, but creates it.
