On May 7, 2025, the head of the Department of Cultural Heritage and Monument Protection, Maryna MISCHCHENKO, at the invitation of Maria Rogozh, Professor of the Department of Ethics, Aesthetics and Cultural Studies of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, gave a guest lecture for 3rd-year culturology students on the topic “Preservation of cultural heritage in military conflicts: regulatory framework”.

During the lecture, which became an element of introducing the results of the fundamental scientific research “Cultural dimension of monument preservation activities: status, perspectives and Innovations”, into the educational process”, students were introduced to the existing problems of the terminological and conceptual apparatus in the field of cultural heritage protection and the features of the legal regulation of monument protection activities during military conflicts at the national and international levels.
