The monograph (176 p.) is the result of the fundamental scientific research of the Institute for Cultural Research of the NAA of Ukraine on the topic The Ukrainian culture and the world: Organizational problems of artistic culture.

It considers the substantial issues of improving the managerial processes of cultural development of Ukraine considering the experience of European countries. The work presents examples of human resourcing models in the sphere of culture and art while considering urgent issues of training and educating theatrical specialists.

The monograph is for scientists, teachers/lecturers, and students of higher art education institutions.
